We have two pricing models: hourly or memberships.
Do you have regular marketing design needs? Memberships are the right fit for you, giving you a design team for a fraction the cost of a full-time employee.
With a Membership, you have a dedicated Account Manager and lead designer–backed by our collaboration software and team of illustrators, animators, and developers–ready to deliver terrific design for any marketing project.
Memberships start at 25 design hours per month, and are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. View our pricing chart.
If you're not ready for a Membership, we can work on a project-to-project basis, billed hourly at $150/hr.
Our hourly rate is more expensive than our Membership, but comes without a commitment–perfect if you have a one-time need for design, or would like to try us out before purchasing a membership. Create a request and we'll provide an estimate and delivery date. If it's our first time working with you, we'll usually schedule a call to learn more about you, your company, and your project to make sure we can deliver what you're expecting.
We provide estimates same business day, and we can usually start work within one business day of project approval. We require 50% payment on project start (via credit card), with the balance upon completion. We usually budget for three rounds of revisions. At the end of the project, we'll deliver the working files (i.e. layered Photoshop, packaged InDesign) so you can make changes in the future.
Turnaround Time. We can turnaround projects within 1-2 business days. In special cases, we can turnaround small projects same day. On business days, we provide an estimate within a few hours of submission, and start a designer within one business day of project approval. We address change requests same or next business day.
Payment. We accept payment by credit card or ACH. For larger payments, we accept payment by check.
Revisions. We do not have a limit on revisions. We plan for 2-3 rounds of revisions on a project. If the revisions extend beyond the original scope of the brief, we'll ask for your approval to increase the budget.
Hours. We're open for business Monday through Friday, from 9:30AM to 5:30PM Pacific Time. All of our designers are in the United States, and our headquarters is in Seattle, WA.
